In Touch Online, there's an exchange feature where players buy / sell their goods. Here are some questions that asked frequently:

• Where to access

• The Interface

NOTE : 

  ~ Red Box is to find goods that you want to buy, you can sort it by categories, kinds, and gender. You can also jump to page xx and let you know how much RC you got.

  ~ Yellow Box is to know the goods that you sell at the moment.

  ~ Blue Box is information about the item that shown in exchange. Also on the left bottom are button to sell your own goods

• How to buy / sell

For first timer, you need to make a password with a hint (in case you forgot your password) for exchange feature. It's better to create a different password from the login id so that when u got hacked, your RC still saved. 

This password will be asked when you click buy / sell in exchange. You only need to type the password once when you login and buy/sell things, after that the next goods that you buy or sold won't need a password (if you are not disconnected). Which mean be careful for those who logged in at net cafe ._.

There is no fee for buying goods, and the goods that you bought, come straight to your mail.

• Currency to use

In exchange, all transactions using RC only :')

• Limit Item to sell

For VIP 1-3 sale limit 3 items

       VIP 4-6 sale limit 4 items

       VIP 7-9 sale limit 5 items

       VIP 10-12 sale limit 6 items

       VIP 13+ sale limit 7 items

• Which goods can be sold

Goods that can be sold are those which are giftable (G). The one with (S) means sold to system for credit / BRc (your loss to do that)

• Fee for selling goods

There's fee for selling goods in here, it cost 2% of the price of the goods. As you can see below, seller sold it in 8164 RC, which mean when the goods are sold, seller got 8k RC. Oh, and the goods that you sell in exchange last for 3 days. 

If you cancel your sale, you still PAY the fee. But if your goods were not sold in 3 days, they will return the fee along with the goods.

• Forgot password exchange

If players happen to forgot their exchange password, they can either retrieve it using the hint, or force reset it (need 5 days to work) in settings.

BIG NOTE

• If you are not sure about the items in exchange, especially gift packs, make sure see the gender,and try point the gift packs. Although seeing the gender not always means it contains egg, because 1st prize opt pack sometimes labeled as 'Any'.
